PATTERN MAKING - DARREN

Darren has made good progress on the Lowboy trailer.

The wood grain pattern has been sculpted by hand and we've just got the 'checker-plate' detailing back from the etching company.

Rear seats for the new LDM.

Once they are sanded and checked they are lined up for easy counting.

If any marks made it through the Fettling stage, they usually show up after they've been sprayed with a primer.

Tim and Bob make sure that they sand out all imperfections before they spray the colour coat.

Bob is drilling out the screw holes.

These are also used to mount the body for spraying.
