Darren has completed the master work for the new US 34+35, Rogers Lowboy.These will now be used to make a secondary mould, then it can be assembled to see if everything fits as it should.

PATTERN MAKING - Mr. P
Mr. P is using a miniature flame torch to solder on a sacrificial 'gate-block'.
This is where the inlets for the metal will be attached to the car.
Once cooled the block can be filed away and sanded smooth.

The BRK 65 Slumbercoach has just had the sides glued on.
We use a highly technical system for holding them on whilst they dry.
