It's the old Rover P5, Darren has had to do quite a lot of work on this.

The Pink one is using a gas flame to 'Sweat' on some etching.

This process heats the solder and the car body rather than the etching itself, if heat was applied directly to the etching it would melt.

These are headlight surrounds for the new BRK 152.

They will be left on the spru for spraying and carefully removed after they are dry.

The clean-up boys get through a lot of sanding blocks each week.

CASTING ROOM

These are support rods for our new US Lowboy trailer.

It's sooooo long that the white metal could bend under the weight so these rods will be part of the assembly to add strength.

Our moulds can take quite a lot of punishment and it's the only way to get some pieces out.

Everyone is working on the new Mustang.

We have spent all week putting these stripe decals on.

They are VERY difficult to get right and lots of naughty, sweary, un-printable words were uttered.....

.....even from the ladies !!!!!!!!!!
