PATTERN MAKING - DARREN

Mr. Darren has been making repairs to a mould today.

Amazing what you can do with a couple of pieces of cardboard, a screwdriver and some liquid RTV rubber.

FETTLING - RICH

Rich has been vapourised and all that remains are his headphones and a pile of dust.....

..........no.......hang on.......

....I think he might be on holiday actually.

PLATING CASTING - ANDY

This is the very first production casting of the front bumper/grill for the BRK 154.

SMALL PARTS CASTING - ANDY

The bumper and grill are all in one piece for this model.

FETTLING - LITTLE ANDY

These BC 007's are getting a good buffing with a wire brush to give the paint something to grip to.

BODY CASTING - BIG ANDY

This is a 'still VERY hot' casting of the new BRK 154.

Here you can see Andy cracking one out.

I strongly suggest that you never type that into google.........

Tim and Jason are gluing the US 34 + 35's together before they get sprayed.

PAINT ROOM - TIM

One unpainted, one with primer (light green), one black (final colour) and one yellow (the other available colour) complete with the painted wooden decking.

I thought people were saying that Neil IS a pansy,

but it turns out that they meant

he HAS a pansy!!!

(I'm not 100% sure on the species of flower but we'll go with Pansy otherwise the joke doesn't work!!!)
