    PATTERN MAKING - Mr. P

    Pinker is working on the CSV 10 at the moment.

    He's just fixed the etching onto the bottom of the baseplate with some resin.

    It looks a mess now but he has to be sure that there are no air bubbles under it - hence the large amount.
    He grind most of it away once it's dry.

    Andy has just loaded the  BRK 155 rear axle mould up with the axle rods.

    Tim is busy buffing a few pips out of the RE 24 paintwork before he gives them the all clear for assembly.

    Bob is testing paint thickness - The consistency has to be right.

    Too thick and you'll lose all of the detail
    Too thin and the primer will show through.
