PATTERN MAKING - DARREN
Darren is cheating by 'Speed sanding'

The bar in the end of the drill has a slot to hold a piece of sandpaper.
The paper then 'Laps/Tickles' the metal as it spins.

BODY CASTING - BIG ANDY
The mould for the CSV 007 is just starting to break down.
The heat and pressure that the moulds undergo to cast the models is quite intense.
Eventually they start to decay. When a generous amount of filler is needed it's time to get a new mould made from the master.
