PATTERN MAKING - DARREN
Darren has been using a lot of profanities this week.
These side strips for the BRK 157 have to have some detailing soldered into them and it's proving tricky.
He's done one as you can see (the middle one) but more 'Nuclear-grade' swearing is expected next week.
-
SMALL PARTS CASTING - IAN
The BC 007 is proving very popular (as is the rest of the BC range) and we're building another batch.
-
SMALL PARTS CASTING - NICK

See, I told you the BC range was proving popular.

AT SCHOOL - BIG ANDY
Bless him, he's learned how to write.
It's not 'joined up' writing yet but it's a start.
:o)
-
PAINT ROOM - TIM
Tim is checking the fit of the paint mask before spraying.
One gap on the edge and paint will go where you don't want paint to go.
And that can mean stripping the car and starting again.

FINAL ASSEMBLY - STEVE

The 1937 Riley 1.5 Continental 4-door saloon.
