PATTERN MAKING - DARREN

Darren has been using a lot of profanities this week.

These side strips for the BRK 157 have to have some detailing soldered into them and it's proving tricky.

He's done one as you can see (the middle one) but more 'Nuclear-grade' swearing is expected next week.

The BC 007 is proving very popular (as is the rest of the BC range) and we're building another batch.

Some super-fine sanding is used to smooth out the front of these seats.

PAINT ROOM - TIM

Tim is checking the fit of the paint mask before spraying.

One gap on the edge and paint will go where you don't want paint to go.

And that can mean stripping the car and starting again.
