This is the tonneau cover for the Willys Jeep.

Darren is just adding some detailing.

He's using a very small, ball-ended grinder to create the little dimples on the edge of it.

Pinker is making a roof for the new BRK 101x.

The BRK 101 Muntz Jet has been 'Top down' until now.

I think you'll agree that Mr. P has done an excellent job.

It's not finished yet, just some refinements to make.

SMALL PARTS CASTING - IAN

This ladle full of molten white-metal will shortly be solidifying in the shape of some BRK 144 dashboards.

PLATING CASTING - ANDY

These grills are going onto the new IPV 36.

As you can see,  just off centre, one of them hasn't formed.

There must have been a blockage at the end of the inlet 'gate'.

FETTLING - LITTLE ANDY

Andy is just making a start on these BRK 158's.

He'd better get a move on as Bob and Tim are hoping to start them on Tuesday morning.

FINAL ASSEMBLY - STEVE

We've used a new masking technique on these LDM 76 Sunbeams.

3-tone cars are a pain in the bottom to do so we hope that you all appreciate them.
