PLATING CASTING - DAVE
Dave has been helping to clean up some car bodies.
This is a whole weeks worth of sandpaper by the way.
We aren't that wasteful here at BM.
-
PAINT ROOM - NICK
These components are still on their sprus to make it easier to spray them, they are too small and delicate to spray on boards. Plus the force of the paint can blow them away. This way is easier and quicker though it does leave a lot of our metal supply sat around until we can reclaim it and melt it down again.

PAINT ROOM
Here are some finished BRK 158's drying in the rack.
A couple of days to cure properly and they'll be ready to assemble.
-
FINAL ASSEMBLY - MARTYN
BRK 157's on their side to let the side plating dry.
When this side is done they can be flipped over to do the other side.
If possible it's best to put side plating on in the afternoon so that it can dry overnight. Then the next morning they can be flipped without wasting too much time waiting for glue to go off.
TIME MANAGEMENT!!!!!!
