PATTERN MAKING - DARREN
The Willys Jeepster master is finished and Darren is now starting the first stage of Mould-Making.
The plasticine is used to form the first half of the mould when the rubber is poured over.
And yes, Darren's Willys' covered in plasticine.
(I'm getting sooo much milage out of the willys jokes)

SMALL PARTS CASTING - NICK
TA-DA!!!!!
Rear seats for the BRK 161 - Willys Jeepster.
-
SMALL PARTS CASTING - NICK
It may look extreme but the moulds can take quite a lot of flexing to help extract the components.
-
FASHION ICON - NICK
These may look like expensive, designer jeans and you'd probably have to pay near £100 for them on the high street.
They are in fact cheap(ish) jeans that Nick enhanced when he dropped a full tin of Primer in the paint room.
Paint goes on the cars, Nick!!!!!!
He was offered £80 for them on the way home but it would have meant catching the bus in his pants.

FETTLING - RICH
Rich is giving this LDM 50 a brush over to give the paint a good surface to adhere to.
-
PLATING CASTING - ANDY
These are the rather lengthy-named Front Lower Curved Bonnet Strips for the BC 11.
That'll never fit onto the front of the plating storage drawers.

PAINT ROOM
This is the new LDM 77 - Riley 1.5.
It's VERY red.
-
FINAL ASSEMBLY - ANGIE
The LDM 75 Bentley's are still flying off of the shelves.
We seem to be constantly building them to keep up with the demand.

FINAL ASSEMBLY
The new BRK 158 in all of it's glory.

ART ATTACK!!!!!!!!!
This lovely picture was done by Neil's daughter, Lilly.
It's very nice indeed.
Shame it's on the back of some packing foam and Neil had to bring it back into work.
