Pinker is using a VERY small grinding bit to clear some of the BRK 162 model's detailing before it heads off to have a mould made.
-
PATTERN MAKING - Mr. P
These are window patterns for the Muntz Jet rework.
They SHOULD be in nice, neat rows with some air holes drilled around them.
We're not sure if he's forgotten, we'll prod him with a big stick from a safe distance later.

One box, PACKED with BC 011 baseplate strips, ready for posting off to the plating company.

MOULD MAKING - NEIL

This will prevent the two halves from sticking together when the mould is cooked.
-
FETTLING - BIG ANDY
Andy is applying filler to this Willys casting to touch up any imperfections.
It's a fairly time consuming job,
so he'll probably be touching up Willys' all afternoon.

I made the mistake of forgetting this in my 2nd week here.
