    Pinker is using a VERY small grinding bit to clear some of the BRK 162 model's detailing before it heads off to have a mould made.

    These are window patterns for the Muntz Jet rework.

    They SHOULD be in nice, neat rows with some air holes drilled around them.

    We're not sure if he's forgotten, we'll prod him with a big stick from a safe distance later.

    CSV 06 Baseplates are being checked to make sure that they are perfect before spraying commences.

    MOULD MAKING - NEIL

    Nobby Neil is applying a layer of Graphite to one  half of the BC 011 seat pan mould.

    This will prevent the two halves from sticking together when the mould is cooked.

    FETTLING - BIG ANDY

    Andy is applying filler to this Willys casting to touch up any imperfections.

    It's a fairly time consuming job,

    so he'll probably be touching up Willys' all afternoon.

    Steve has just UNboxed all of these BRK 101 Muntz Jets ready for the new roof to be applied.

    The LDM 76 Rapiers are getting the 'Mark-treatment'.

    FINAL ASSEMBLY - MARTYN

    The new LDM 7a is nearing completion.

    The top halves are finished, including the window, which has to be glued in BEFORE the two halves get screwed together.

    I made the mistake of forgetting this in my 2nd week here.

    I've grown wiser!!!!!
