SMALL PARTS CASTING - IAN

Ian is dusting a mould for the ROD 24 Seat pans.

SECONDARY CASTING - NEIL

Nobby Neil is Casting some secondaries to be used for making production moulds.

FETTLING - RICH

The BC 011's are on their way through the system.

BODY CASTING - BIG ANDY

Andy has cast all of the BRK 162 bodies and is now drilling holes used for mounting the plating.

FETTLING - LITTLE ANDY

It's not very often that you'll see anything other than a car body being fettled, but those BRK 71 speedboats are still selling well so are on their way to the paint room soon.

SUB ASSEMBLY - NICK

These LDM52 seats (right) are waiting to be stuck into the seat pans (left).

PAINT ROOM -TIM

Tim is Spraying the last of the IPV 36 bodies.

FINAL ASSEMBLY - MARTYN

Those Willys' look bright red.

They're actually a mid red, it's just the lights.

MOULD MAKING - NEIL

These are the masters that were used to make the mould that Neil was using in a previous picture.

They look a little battered which isn't surprising considering the amount of stress that they undergo during the mould making process.
