PLATING CASTING - ANDY
A good example of how much metal get used just to make a small piece of plating.
On the ends of the spru are the BRK 162 Upper-grills. The rest of it is 'waste'.
Fortunately though, it all gets melted back down to be used again.

STRESS RELIEF TIME!!!!!
Neil is using a drill to test the thickness of the BRK 153 roof pieces.

MOULD ADJUSTING - NEIL
It was decided that the roof was a little thin so Neil is now using a mini sanding drum to remove a layer of rubber from the mould.
This will allow more metal in, thickening up the roof.

Tim is drilling the holes that are used for screwing the cars together.
These holes are also how the models are mounted for spraying.

The last of the BRK 101x Muntz Jet's are complete.As soon as the roof pieces are dry, they can be bagged, boxed and posted.
