    PATTERN MAKING - Mr. P

    Mr. Pinker has been working on the new Bristol (LDM 95).

    He is making the window pattern, it is still in the early stages and needs to be sanded smooth before we can use it.

    Meanwhile, Darren has been making new window beading detail for the first of our new Pontiac Range.

    The PC 01, which is a 1937 Pontiac Deluxe Six  4-door Touring Sedan, will be released in March/April.

    FETTLING - RICH

    Rich is working on the LDM 95 Bristol too.

    He's filling some small casting marks in the wheel arches at the moment.

    PLATING CASTING - DAVE

    Dave has been casting the plated window cages for the BRK 176 (1954 Desoto Firedome V8).

    We had special polystyrene grids made up to keep them in tip-top condition while they are posted to the plating company.

    FETTLING - LITTLE ANDY

    Here is the LDM 89 with a few dabs of filler on.

    The marks in the casting aren't THAT big, we put a little more on as it can shrink as it dries.

    It also helps when sanding as it blends in with the metal better.

    The area behind the grill has to be painted with matt black before we can glue the grill into place.

    I managed to sneak into the paint room for a quick photo.

    Nick is spraying baseplates while looking VERY sexy in his white dress.
