    PLATING CASTING - ANDY

    Andy is using a very old foot-operated press to cut lengths of wire. The short lengths are then used as axles.

    It's a mechanical operation, push your foot forward and the tool comes down to slice the wire.

    BODY CASTING - BIG ANDY

    Andy is using a very fine grinding bit to remove a small amount of excess metal from the window frame.

    It's not a huge amount but it's enough to cause the side plating to stick out.
