It has prgressed to the secondary stage of master making and production moulds should be ready this week.

PLATING CASTING - ANDY
Andy is using a very old foot-operated press to cut lengths of wire. The short lengths are then used as axles. -

It's a mechanical operation, push your foot forward and the tool comes down to slice the wire.

BODY CASTING - BIG ANDY
Andy is using a very fine grinding bit to remove a small amount of excess metal from the window frame.
It's not a huge amount but it's enough to cause the side plating to stick out.

Steve is painting grills and front bumpers for our new LDM 92 - 1956 Ford Zephyr Mk II Saloon. -
